The Manual Technique
This technique very strongly resembles the first from the previous chapter. The biggest takeaway from this is that this exercise is multipurpose! Here is it once more with emphasis for girth.
Step One: With one hand set at the base of your penis and one hand grasping the head of your penis, clasp your grip around the head.
You want the grip in your hand to be firm enough to keep a hold of the head while the stretching is happening, without being firm enough to hurt you or to cause strain on the tissue in your penis. You want to pull in the direction that is naturally âstraightâ from the base. This is the direction in which your erection would normally point. This will keep you from pulling anything in the wrong direction and causing any troubles for yourself.
